Hello, I'm having the exact same issue but with another setup: Old (Exchange 2007) CAS/HUB server on Win2003 (Firewall started but set to off) and 1 new CAS server (Win2008 R2) with NLB enabled for CAS/HUB. All command work fine locally on the Exchange 2007 server (Get-ActiveSyncVirtualDirectory & Get-OwaVirtualDirectory Get-OabVirtualDirectory). On the Exchange 2010 server 2 commands work fine (Get-OwaVirtualDirectory Get-OabVirtualDirectory) but not Get-ActiveSyncVirtualDirectory. Get-ActiveSyncVirtualDirectory errors out with the following: WARNING: An unexpected error has occurred and a Watson dump is being generated: Retrieving the COM class factory for remote component with CLSID {2B72133B-3F5B-4602-8952-803546CE3344} from machine host.domain.com failed due to the following error: 80040154. The issue is currently active on this thread as well and under investigation by MS. Other users are reporting that disabling the firewall helps but still get the same errors on certain virtualdirectories still. You can post on thread below to see if there is an update by the case owner. http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/exchangesvradmin/thread/80e3b96d-0f17-4ead-92ab-9875cc663ef3James Chong MCITP | EA | EMA; MCSE | M+, S+ Security+, Project+, ITIL msexchangetips.blogspot.com
